Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors

The safety of railway operations is critically dependent on the availability of precise and objective data on the technical condition of the rails obtained through ultrasonic testing (UT). This system facilitates the assessment of railway infrastructure at an expert level and enables its successful use in railway networks, as well as solving train traffic safety problems with high precision.

HSS comprises multiple ultrasonic flaw detectors and special software including:

1. UDS2-RDM-24 Fourth Generation Flaw Detector; Highly advanced 28-channel continuous monitoring system enables the detection of a variety of directional flaws on both rail lines.
2. UDS2-RDM-12 Universal Single Rail Flaw Detector; Designed for continuous and secondary inspection of individual rail sections. This device is particularly effective in environments where dual rail testing is impractical or hazardous. In continuous test mode, it utilizes 14 independent data channels.
3. UDS2M-11 Portable Multifunction Flaw Detector; Ultrasonic inspection of rail switch components, continuous UT in harsh or unsafe environments, control of rail mileage reserves, pre-weld inspection and post-weld quality control in rail welding plants.
4. UDS2M-35 Portable Flaw Detector; Specifically developed to detect flaws in metallic materials. On railways, it is used primarily to inspect individual rail sections and welded joints.
